Mitchell & Sovik Cup Points Updated

With only six weeks left in the 2015 golf season, the Player of the Year races are shaping up. John Clare has a comfortable lead in the Men's race, and Frank Plata has put himself in prime position to defend his Senior title. The biggest surprise of the season has to be the inspired play of Chris Marshall, who recently was co-medalist at the NYSGA Mid-Am qualifier. Securing 51 points, he has vaulted himself into a tie for 32nd in the 2015 standings and could be considered for a captain's pick for this years Mitchell Cup competition. A 2-time Tuscarora GC "major winner", Chris would be a handsome addition to what could be the strongest team the SDGA has fielded in years.
