Harrington, Hughes, Young Win Titles at Senior Match Play

Tuscarora GC member John Harrington captured the 2026 SDGA Senior Match Play Championship at Bellevue CC. He defeated Ken Cherchio, John Woodruff and John Wessels to set up a championship match between fellow Tuscarora member Christopher Smithers, where Harrington would emerge victorious.
In the Super Senior division, Bob Hughes proved to be the last man standing. He defeated Greg Heidelberger, Gregg Bilyeu and Scott Powers before besting Jack Weinerth in the championship match.
In the Legends division, Bellevue’s Randy Young won. He beat Ken Bodley in the semifinals, then Bob Kawa in the championship match.
