Petrin Father/Son Duo Win Close SDGA Father & Son

The SDGA Father & Child was held Saturday at the Cazenovia Golf Club. Teams of two competed in a scramble format in one of two divisions: scratch or Callaway (net). Joe Petrin Jr. & Joe Petrin (left, in order) won the closely contested scratch division, posting a 7-under total of 63 to finish one ahead of the teams of Tim & Michael McIntosh and Jim & Tim Lane. In the Callaway (net) division, the team of Andrew Sitar and Mike Mastroleo (continued, from left) won by three strokes with a 4-under par round of 66.
