Vandenberg and Dischinger Win Senior Titles at Beaver Meadows

Tuscarora's Kevin Vandenberg (left) took advantage of his new 'senior' status by winning the SDGA Senior Stroke Play Championship in his first year eligible. His 1-over par total of 145 was good enough to win by two strokes over Highland Park's Jack Weinerth and seven strokes over fellow Tuscarora members Mike Naton and David Smith.

Firefox's Todd Dischinger, a newly minted super senior, won the SDGA Super Senior Stroke Play Championship in similar fashion. His 5-over par 149 made left him two clear of Greg Bilyeu of Beaver Meadows and four clear of Thomas Christian of McConnellsville.
